About the Opportunity
Our Food & Beverage Supervisor - Bars will play a key role in bringing our vision to life by leading day‐to‐day bar operations and creating a fun, professional environment that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and quality.
Working closely with the Bars Manager, you will help create a unique and memorable experience for members and guests. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will support and develop your team through on‐the‐job training, while using your passion for the beverage industry to set standards and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day bar operations in a boutique or high‐volume environment
* Deliver exceptional service standards across cocktails, beer and wine
* Support, train and develop team members through hands‐on leadership
* Lead by example, displaying initiative, professionalism and a strong work ethic
* Contribute to cocktail creation and assist with beer and wine selection
* Foster a positive, fun and professional team culture
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high‐volume bars.
* A passion for the beverage industry with a strong passion for whiskey and premium spirits. Knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine also required.
* A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service.
* The desire to lead by example, learn and display initiative.
* Victorian RSA essential, barista and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded.
