About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our leadership team. This key leadership position offers the opportunity to make a significant strategic contribution to the operational success of our school. The Principal Corporate Governance Officer will provide high-level strategic advice, analysis, and operational leadership across financial management, human resources, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with the region\'s strategic goals and objectives.
* Lead and manage human resources for the region, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
* Oversee facilities projects, including maintenance, asset management, and infrastructure planning.
* Collaborate with the region\'s leadership team to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners, to support the region.
About You
* Proven experience in business management at a senior or strategic level.
* Experience in a school would be advantageous.
* Strong financial expertise, including managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
