BettingJobs is working with an established Australian market operator who are searching for a VIP Account and Business Development Manager to join their team based remotely in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering a premium, personalised service experience.
* Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, ensuring strong engagement and long-term loyalty.
* Represent the business at sponsored events and corporate functions, hosting clients and strengthening brand presence.
* Identify and acquire new high-value customers through networking and relationship-building.
* Use data insights and player profiling to develop targeted promotions and exclusive event experiences.
* Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and optimise client performance.
* Ensure compliance with Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
* Proven experience within the Australian wagering industry.
* Strong network and understanding of high-value customer behaviour.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote/WFH environment.
* Willingness to attend and host events, including evenings and weekends.
* Commercially minded with the ability to use data to drive performance and decision-making.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
