**About the role**:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the MHAOD intake service officer team
- Manage active client workload and be an escalation point for consultation on complex cases
- Assist the program manager to monitor quality outcomes as part of the clinical governance framework
- Support reporting requirements by collecting, collating and communicating relevant data
Build relationships and strengthen networks with all stakeholders
**About You**:
- AHPRA registered with mental health qualifications or
- Be an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker registered with AASW with relevant experience in delivering MHAOD treatment and support
- Knowledge and experience working in clinical recovery model for MHAOD services
- Experience in providing clinical supervision, mentoring and supporting a team
- Proactive, well organised and have excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to work within a team workplace and with complex clients
