Position: Trades Assistant
Project: Bulabul BESS
Opportunities: FIFO & Local Roles – Australia wide projects
Key Responsibilities
* Safely perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and transporting materials
* Assist tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with hands‐on support
* Operate and maintain hand tools, small plant, and equipment safely
* Adhere to all site safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
* Maintain site cleanliness through general housekeeping duties
* Participate in pre‐starts and toolbox talks
* Review, contribute to, and comply with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), including signing on as required
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Ability to pass pre‐employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications
* High Risk Work Licences: WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB, SS
* Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence: HR/HC/MC
* Working at Heights certified
* Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
* Reliable, proactive and safety‐focused approach
* Ability to work effectively in a team supporting skilled tradespeople
* Prior across a range of construction projects
* Competent in reading and interpreting layout and general arrangement drawings
