About the Role:
As aBOH Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in running the daily operations of our Wilsonton restaurant.
You'll be at the heart of it all—leading a team, ensuring smooth service, and upholding the standard of excellence Burger Urge is known for.
Your tasks will include:
Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
Leading and mentoring a team of rockstar staff
Managing schedules, inventory, and stock levels
Ensuring that food and beverages are prepared and served to perfection
Handling customer feedback and ensuring high satisfaction
Supporting marketing and promotional efforts to keep the BU brand strong

What We're Looking For:
Previous experiencein a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants
Excellentleadershipandcommunication skills
Ability to staycalm and efficientin a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding offood safetyand hygiene standards
Acustomer-focused mindset,we want someone who's passionate about great service
Mandatory Requirements:
ValidFood Safety Certificate
Validworking rightsfor Australia (or visa/passport documentation if international)
Must obtain anRSA Certificatewithin 30 days of starting
