The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing relationships, and coordinating referrals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers receiving or enquiring about CHSP and PFFS services.
* Liaise with internal teams to manage referrals and onboarding new customers.
* Identify support needs of new and existing customers and coordinate referrals to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
* Manage workloads to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
* Liaise with the rostering team to schedule services.
* Participate in program meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
