This is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across our warehouses, improving stock availability, and ensuring data integrity in our ERP system (Pronto). 
You''ll play a key part in supporting product lifecycle processes and driving efficiency across our network.ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and accuracy across multiple warehouse locationsMonitor and manage SLOB (Slow and Obsolete) stock, offering insights to reduce excess inventoryLead and support cycle counts, stocktakes, and root cause analysisAssist in SKU rationalisation and manage end-of-life stock in collaboration with Product and Buying teamsSupport coordination of new product and promotional launchesProduct & Master Data Management: Ensure new product data is loaded correctly, including attributes, specs, and barcodesCoordinate warehouse readiness for new items – from inbound to order pickingKeep supplier records up-to-date and compliantProduce inventory health reports (stock turns, aged stock, KPIs)Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance planning and inventory accuracySupport continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout and system processesWhat You'll BringExperience in inventory or supply chain roles within wholesale, distribution, or retail (hardware or FMCG experience is a plus)ERP system proficiency – Pronto experience highly regardedExcellent attention to detail and understanding of master data managementSolid Excel skills and ability to work with large datasetsKnowledge of inventory best practices: SLOB, cycle counting, warehouse slottingStrong communication and collaboration skills across teams and locationsWhy Join Ames Australasia?
