About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager at Hommey, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences—supporting store leadership while developing your management skills in our thriving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Support
* Support the team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences that enhance customer loyalty
* Assist in implementing strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
* Help maintain store presentation to the highest standard, showcasing our products beautifully
* Support customer communications and relationship building
Team Development & Operations
* Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to build a high-performing team that reflects Hommey's values
* Help oversee inventory management, stock levels, and seamless day-to-day operations
* Support accurate sales and inventory reporting to drive business insights
* Assist with local partnerships and community engagement activities that enhance brand visibility
About You
You're a natural leader with a passion for creating spaces that feel like home. You understand how to translate customer needs into meaningful experiences that make people stop, smile, and feel truly comfortable in their own space.
* 1-2 years retail experience with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
* Proven ability to support sales strategies and contribute to achieving store targets
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and support team members
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, team members, and stakeholders
* A passion for interior design and styling, with the ability to share insights with customers
* Ability to build relationships with customers, local community members, and VIPs
