The Opportunity
We're looking for a Store Manager who'll be the heart of our Chadstone store, who loves leading a passionate team, creating amazing customer experiences, and making things happen. You'll inspire and support your crew to smash sales goals while keeping the store looking absolutely beautiful and true to the brand.
What You'll Be Doing
Energise your team to deliver fantastic customer service
Drive the store to hit (and beat) weekly and monthly targets
Share your product knowledge and train the team on what's new
Keep the store looking gorgeous at all times
Stay connected with customers after they shop
Handle stock and ordering like a pro
Get involved with local partnerships, events, and community activations
Sort rosters and schedules so everything runs smoothly
Keep communication clear and the team feeling connected
Help recruit and train amazing people who fit the vibe
About You
You've got 2+ years managing a retail store (or even as a 2IC – we'd love to chat)
You know how to drive sales and get results
You're a natural communicator and team player
Bonus points if you've worked in homewares, fashion, or interior styling
You're great at building genuine connections with customers and locals
