About the Role
Hollard Insurance is on a trajectory toward becoming Australia's insurance partner of choice, powered by people. General insurance is changing significantly, and we're building the capability infrastructure to match that ambition. The culture here is genuinely different - we care about making learning work in practice, not just ticking compliance boxes.
This role is about designing learning that matters. It reports to the Head of Capability and Talent, and focuses on designing practical, high impact learning for leaders and staff, including development programs, DEI and talent resources, and leadership onboarding tools that drive real results.
The Role at a Glance
* Design and deliver innovative capability uplift content, monthly learning sessions and practical resources leaders can use immediately.
* Create engaging learning products including microlearning modules, toolkits, job aids, and leadership onboarding materials for 350 + people leaders.
* Develop DEI, talent and succession content, including campaign materials for initiatives such as International Women's Week, etc.
* Build or customise learning modules (including compliance and mandatory training) and maintain up to date resource libraries and SharePoint hubs.
* Produce learning experiences that address real leadership challenges, with a focus on critical thinking, resilience, and leading Hollard programs.
* Work with digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise) to design high quality, scalable content.
Your Profile
* Demonstrated capability in instructional design - you've built learning content that actually works.
* Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise or equivalent).
* Experience designing both compliance training and capability development content.
* Ability to create content across different formats: eLearning, microlearning, toolkit
* Ability to problem solve and highly curious.
