* Provide high-quality patient care to children and young people, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to paediatric nursing practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a rural or remote setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
