The Service Improvement Analyst is responsible for:
4. Develop and implement strategies focused on achieving the desired customer experience outcome across the Growth & Prosperity business divisions.
5. Lead the identification and design of process improvements.
6. Drive the implementation of customer experience innovation and embed quality standards to enhance the customer and investment experience across all types of interaction with the divisions
7. Maximise the outcomes to council and customers of the systems and data used across the Directorate.
8. Support the delivery of cross-Directorate strategic projects.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
9. Relevant degree or industry certification in information technology, process improvement or experience design.
10. Advanced digital customer process design.
11. Experience in business platforms and integrated process functions.

Salary range: Grade 14 - $1,515.10 - $1,639 per week for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
