About the roleThe Executive Assistant is the backbone to Executive General Manager and General Manager, providing confidential, administrative support that keeps divisional operations running smoothly and strategically aligned. Binding proactive coordination, stakeholder management and precise financial oversight to ensure leaders can focus on priorities that drive organisational impact.
About the TeamReporting to the Executive General Manager of the Performance, Risk and Strategy Division and General Manager of Scheme Performance, this plays a pivotal role in shaping the TAC's strategic direction by taking part performance insights, actuarial expertise, business intelligence and enterprise risk oversight. The division ensures the organisation's program of work is informed by data, responsive to emerging issues and risks, and aligned to bold yet achievable goals.
What we're looking for
Proactive Executive SupportProviding confidential, high‐level support across leadership activities — from monitoring emails, preparing agendas, reports and managing calenders and events. The role demands someone who anticipates needs, escalates urgent matters appropriately and keeps the Division running smoothly behind the scenes. Financial and Document GovernanceSupporting high‐quality financial duties to the Executive General Manager, this includes accurate invoice reviews, proactive budget tracking, variance identification and close liaison with Finance to resolve discrepancies. You'll also be responsible for preparing Board and Committee documentation, maintaining organised filing systems, managing contract registers and ensuring all documents, agendas and reports are delivered to a consistently high standard.Positive stakeholder engagement.Strong collaboration with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent processes, a willingness to support broader business needs, and active participation to meet any Divisional requirements. Effective stakeholder engagement is essential, with the role building and maintaining relationships across internal teams, Senior Leaders, External partners including Government departments and providers.
