We are a local business working in the accommodation and restaurant industry.

We are currently entering an exciting growth and development phase in our business, so are looking for an experienced Administrative Co-Ordinator to join the team.

We are a small close-knit team, who love our jobs, and enjoy the variety that our business brings each and every day. Based in our Airlie Beach Office, you will be working closely with, and supporting our Managing Director and General Manager in the running of existing administration systems and development of new administrative systems.

Our office runs Monday - Thursdays from 8am - 4pm; with an early day on Fridays, finishing at 2pm, so that you can get started on your weekend!

This role is looking for someone who can commit to full time and who is interested in a long-term career, in a business that offers the potential for growth and development.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a friendly & positive attitude, with a strong commitment to work ethic

* Has previous experience in an administrative coordinator role

* Has a minimum of 5+ years of high level administrative experience

* Can work autonomously, with a high attention to detail

* Has experience in high level administrative system maintenance and development

* Has excellent proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft products

* Has experience with regular bookkeeping functions in Xero

* Has permanent residence local to Airlie Beach

* Must have Australian work rights as they are essential for this position

Key responsibilities:

* Maintenance of existing business registers and compliance items

* Development of new business registers and compliance items

* Data entry into various Software Platforms

* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to all areas of the business

* Supplier liaison and co-ordination

* Assisting with Account coding and filing
