Afternoon/Evening Shifts (Penalty Rate applies on Weekdays for evening work)

Based in Newcastle Region
Shifts begin out of various Woolworth stores across Newcastle Region. E.g. Cessnock, Nelson Bay and many others.
Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:
Deliver groceries to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Reviews and verifies orders and delivery instructions to ensure accuracy.
Follow safety protocols.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kgs safely.
Maintain delivery logs and records using a smartphone app.
Pay Rate:
Casual rates begin at $30, with penalty rates for early mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
Availabilities:
AM: Shifts starting between 5:00 am-7:00 am
PM: Shifts starting between 2:00 pm -3:30 pm
Shift Lengths can vary depending on volume - average 6~7 hours in length.
Delivery Driver Qualifications / Skills:
Highly responsible & reliable
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Committed to delivering great customer service
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Safe driving record
Ability to adapt and safely drive to road conditions
Basic knowledge of smartphone application usage
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
National Police Check (Current within 6 months)
Valid NSW RSAT (Responsible Service of Alcohol - Transport)
Complete NSW Service Driving History (Current within 3 months)
Full driving conviction history
Full NSW Driving License (Minimum 6 months old)
MR/HR License not required for this position, but desired.
Not Accepting Probationary Licence
