Currently seeking the newest addition to their Property Management team, this role will suit an ambitious individual looking to step up their career. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be the driving force that delivers a refreshing and unique approach to achieve the best possible results. Your day to day duties will include but not limited to: Manage a high end portfolio of 140 properties Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants Rental arrears management Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Working towards KPI’s NO accounts, NO leasing and NO weekends The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience A current Certificate of Registration Own car and Drivers license Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills Be a motivated self-starter Work well in a team environment Why you will LOVE this agency: Monday – Friday opportunity Excellent support – Your own dedicated Leasing Consultant & Administrator for support Easy street parking Amazing office fit out – close to everything you need!
