About the role: An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead a large, high-performing team at a premium fashion outlet in Birkenhead Point. This full-time leadership role offers the chance to shape customer experience, drive commercial success, and lead high performing sales people. Reporting to the National Outlet Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching your team, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic store culture that reflects excellence, ambition, and customer-centricity.
