The Position Hillbrook is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our supportive and collaborative team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of the human resources and staff wellbeing function within the School and the Early Learning Centre, to attract, retain and develop high quality staff, and ensure compliance with relevant industrial and legislative regulations. The role is suited to an organised, detail-orientated professional, with strong interpersonal skills. The position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover role, for the period April 2026 to March 2027. The role is full-time, with ordinary hours between 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch break. Start and finish times are flexible and may be varied by mutual agreement.
