About the Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and detail-driven Events Executive to join our dynamic and friendly Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you'll gain hands‐on experience and mentorship while working across a diverse portfolio of events.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the design and seamless delivery of a wide range of events
* Managing events from contract handover to final billing and feedback
* Collaborating with all departments and participating in hotel duties as required
* Preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and briefing internal teams
* Coordinating all event logistics with clients and resort departments
* Ensuring every event exceeds expectations
* Managing short‐lead enquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with clients to maximise conversion
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in event sales or coordination, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting
* A passion for hospitality and a keen interest in hotel operations
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‐paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client engagement and relationship building
* Strong time management and organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively & problem solving
* Familiarity with Opera Cloud & Delphi systems is an advantage
This position is full‐time Monday to Friday (occasional weekends will be required)
