The Business Development Manager role is pivotal in driving revenue growth whilst achieving profit targets for the "TRADER" brand amongst the Australian Electrical Wholesale and Electrical Contracting community.

This role Reports to Colin Churton – NSW Regional Chief.
The role is based in Metro Sydney (residing preferably North of the City but not essential if you are the right candidate).
Skills and Experience:
- First and Foremost, > A Passion for Sales Success, Winning & High Achievements
- Second > Unlimited Energy, Initiative and Self Starter and can work autonomously without daily supervision
- Third > A Drive to Satisfy Customers and Achieve a Win:Win as partners
- Electrical or Construction Industry Experience preferred, but not essential if you understand sales and customers particularly in the B2B environment.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and grow revenue an advantage.
- Excellent commercial acumen is a bonus.
- Follow through capabilities essential.
- Polished communication and negotiations skills helpful.
- Ability to multi-task with organisation and attention to detail.
- Passion and energy to influence and drive the growth of the business.
