Renowned chef Matt Moran, celebrated for his numerous award-winning restaurants in New South Wales, is taking his first step into Canberra. Introducing Compa, an Italian style meat focused restaurant, we will be sourcing quality produce from some of Australia's leading produce, Local producers, Compa has Paddock to table at its heart.
We are looking for passionate chefs, who want to be part of something special, keen to learn and move up the ranks.
**About the role**
- Casual CDPs
- Work closely with head chef and sous chef to ensure Quality and consistency.
- Restaurant open 7 days per week, lunch and dinner
- Role is 5 days per week
- 30 to 38 hours per week
- M-F at $35.71, Sat at $42.86, Sun at $50.00, PH at $71.43
- Opportunity to grow with in the company and move up in the restaurant and group

- Ability to run a section in a busy quality restaurant.
- Ability to train staff under you
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual & reliable
- Hold valid working rights in Australia
