Role Overview:
As a Contract Administrator / Estimator, you'll play a key role in managing contracts and preparing accurate estimates for diverse civil projects across the northeast Perth region. This is a newly created position, giving you the opportunity to shape systems and processes from day one. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage estimates using Agtek, Expert Estimation, and CostX (or similar).
* Oversee contract administration and procurement processes.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to building efficient systems as the business scales.
What You'll Need:
* Hands-on experience with Agtek and Expert Estimation, CostX (or similar) – essential.
* Civil construction experience in Contract Administration – highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of procurement and project lifecycles.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders.
* Formal qualifications in Construction Management or similar are desirable but not essential.
