Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time, fully qualified and experienced butcher to join the production team working the afternoon shifts (between 10:00am - 7:00pm).

Working closely with the Section Supervisors, the successful applicant will be preparing meat products (mainly beef, lamb, poultry and pork) by cutting and trimming product to fulfil orders to be delivered to our Drakes Supermarkets stores.

Key Qualities

• A qualified and experienced butcher with high standards of personal hygiene
• Experienced in cutting high volumes
• Passionate about producing high quality cuts of meat for sale in our supermarket stores
• Reliable, friendly and motivated
• Able to work in a rapid‐paced environment
• Committed to maintaining work health and safety standards
