Our Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support both our Marketing Manager and Tender Submissions team in showcasing our brand and projects. This role is ideal for a recent marketing graduate or someone in their early career eager to gain hands‐on experience in a fast‐paced environment. We're seeking a detail-oriented, accountable individual with a genuine passion for marketing.
* Supporting the marketing team in the execution of campaigns, events, and content creation
* Support the bid coordinator with submissions, EOI's, keeping all documentation up to date within our tender library
* Managing social media platforms and engaging with our audience
* Assisting in the development of promotional materials, presentations, and proposals
* Coordinating photography and videography for projects and events
* Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic initiatives
* Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
What We're Looking For:
* Hold a qualification in marketing, communications, or relevant experience
* Experience in SharePoint and InDesign will highly advantageous
* Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
* Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
* A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
* Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite desirable but not essential)
