Job Description
This role involves providing targeted support to families with children from birth to 6 years old, focusing on strengthening parenting capacity, improving family functioning, and promoting the health and wellbeing of vulnerable children.

* This includes delivering high-quality evidence-based practice through in-home support and collaborative wrap-around care models.
* The successful candidate will empower families to make informed decisions related to their children's health and development by working closely with primary carers.
* They will conduct health promotion through education and information on various aspects of parenting, including breastfeeding, early learning, nutrition, and immunisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Division 1 Registered Nurse (AHPRA) qualification.
* A Registered Midwife (AHPRA) qualification.
* A Graduate Diploma or Master's degree in Maternal and Child Health, Family and Child Health, or an equivalent qualification meeting MCH employment requirements in Victoria.
* Previous experience as an Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Nurse.
* A current Victorian driver's licence.
* A Working with Children Check.
