Position : General Manager Location : Macedon Ranges Region Employment Type : Full-time, with relocation support Remuneration : $150,000 - $170,000 Super other benefits About the Role The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility. Key Responsibilities Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.
