Real Estate Coordinator
We are seeking a real estate coordinator to manage short-term rental properties. This role involves conducting quality control inspections, providing field support, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
* Assist property owners in onboarding new rentals and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROPERTY OWNERS TO DRIVE LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS
* Support daily property management tasks including maintenance, guest communication escalations
The ideal candidate will have a real estate certificate, excellent communication skills, and experience in hospitality or customer service. They should also be comfortable driving around throughout the day and have a reliable vehicle.
