We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Packaging Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for building and elevating our brand from zero-to-hero awareness in the Greater China Market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote our premium products in the Greater China market.
* Lead brand development, positioning, and communication to enhance market recognition and distributor engagement.
* Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO optimization & social media management—establishing and growing our presence on key platforms to enhance brand visibility and product awareness, and email campaigns, tailored to Chinese consumer preferences.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in Australia and Greater China Regions to identify new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, logistics) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
* Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in China.
* Leverage your deep understanding of Chinese consumer behaviour and culture preference to help design tailored packaging solutions for various sales channels.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years' work experience as a senior brand, marketing and packaging executive.
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, agriculture, or export sectors.
* Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market research.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
* Ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Experience in new packaging design, management and execution.
* Experience attending international trade shows and managing cross-cultural business relationships.
* Creative, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for driving market growth.
