Key Responsibilities:
* Develop genuine connections with residents and support them in achieving their goals.
* Assist with personal and daily care, including showering, shaving, and general cleaning.
* Encourage individual choice and understanding through an appreciation of the things that matter to residents and their families.
* Provide regular feedback to your supervisor on resident progress, new requests, changes, or concerns.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Holding a Certificate III in Aged Care Work or currently undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
* Physical ability to perform required duties safely and efficiently.
* Basic technology and computer skills, with a willingness to engage in ongoing education.
* Ability to understand verbal and written communication in English.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
* Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promotion of organisational values through interactions at work.
