You will join a small team of allied health clinicians and cover the following caseload:The caseload includes adults and paediatrics outpatients in the clinic and outreach to remote communities. The region has a diverse population with high migrant and Aboriginal populations. The team works on a transdisciplinary model, often with two disciplines working together and traveling together (e.g., PT and OT, SP and PT).The role requires case management skills, experience with adults & paediatrics, and community education.The role involves occasional travel to remote communities in the Big Rivers region by 4WD or light aircraft, with overnight stays during weekdays.You will join a team comprising OTs, Speech Pathologists, a Social Worker, Public Health Dietitians, an Allied Health Assistant, and a Team Leader.ASAP start for 3 months, with a possible extension.Return travel reimbursed, and free accommodation for locums.Great feedback from current locums!Supportive and social team.Enjoy weekends outdoors exploring gorges, waterfalls, camping, and hikes!Locum rates of $70-$80 per hour super (depending on experience).
