We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Used car sales Manager to lead our used car operation for Mitsubishi and Isuzu UTE dealership.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our used vehicle operations across both dealership sites. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for performance, profitability, inventory management, and team development within a high-volume, multi-site environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives on results, enjoys developing people, and understands how to run a successful used-car department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the used car sales team across both dealership locations
Drive sales performance, gross profit and stock turn
Manage used vehicle inventory including sourcing, pricing, merchandising and ageing
Implement effective sales strategies aligned with market conditions
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
Coach, train and develop sales consultants to achieve individual and team KPIs
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management
Work closely with Finance, Service and Marketing teams to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
Purchase used cars from end users have ability to use social media market place and cars sales.com.
About you
You will bring:
Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or Senior Automotive Sales Leader
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales and gross targets
Solid understanding of used-car stock control, pricing strategies and dealership systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
A proactive, organised and results-driven mindset
