One FTE position.
The Nurse Educator will develop, facilitate, implement and evaluate educational and professional development programmes and strategies for nursing and related services.
Areas of accountability include:
* Leadership, development and implementation of quality and safety initiatives
* Setting clinical standards, policy development and change management
* Collaboration with colleagues and the Nursing Director within scope of practice
The role is compliant with the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
