Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Department Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional customer service standards. You will also be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining high-quality displays, and achieving sales targets.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
