Overview
We are seeking experienced 4 x OSS/BSS Architects to support the design and evolution of large-scale telecommunications platforms for a major telco. This contract role will play a key part in shaping end-to-end OSS/BSS architecture, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own end-to-end OSS/BSS architecture aligned to business and network strategies
* Design integration patterns across OSS, BSS, network, and digital platforms
* Provide architectural guidance for initiatives such as cloud migration, system modernisation, and automation
* Collaborate with product, engineering, network, and vendor teams to deliver complex solutions
* Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security, and best practices
* Support solution design reviews and technical governance
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as an OSS/BSS Architect within large telecom environments
* Deep knowledge of OSS/BSS domains (e.g. order management, service assurance, billing, provisioning)
* Experience with system integration, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
