Program Services Manager Role

The Program Services Manager will foster partnerships within the local community and with key stakeholders, oversee program operations, governance structure, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and protocols. They will collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager to lead a diverse team delivering comprehensive services to adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, crises, and addiction, as well as their families and caregivers using an inclusive approach.
