The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, and publishing high-quality digital content in a range of formats – including video and written content. You will create and publish content across multiple digital channels including videos, podcasts, website content and SEO. The role requires a versatile all-rounder with hands-on video production experience and Digital Marketing expertise who is able to work independently, engage with a wide range of stakeholders and can manage the content production process from briefing to publishing
About The Team
The ASX Marketing and Brand team strives to deliver marketing with impact. We do this through engaging, customer-centred initiatives and campaigns that tell the ASX brand story, and achieves measurable results. Our key objectives are to elevate the ASX brand, support ASX’s growth initiatives, focus on customer needs, and optimise and scale through continuous improvement and marketing innovation. As part of the Customer and Product team within the Customer division – the multi-skilled ASX Marketing and Brand function is a high-performing team that is integral to supporting ASX’s lines of business, product and enterprise functions.
What You'll Do
* Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content in a range of formats for B2B and B2C audiences, including video content, website content, interactive content, content for social media channels and podcasts.
* Manage multi-media content production and delivery from planning and conceptualising, to creation, publishing, distribution and performance reporting.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and informative content to support ASX’s marketing, brand and communications objectives.
* Set the standard for best in class content practices.
* Manage content calendars and production timelines to ensure on time delivery.
* Upload, publish and manage content within AEM and on YouTube, ensuring proper formatting and tagging.
* Maintain content structure, keyword management and SEO best practices to ensure discoverability and performance of content.
* Co-ordinate content production schedules and manage the outputs of external videographers, editors and other freelance content developers.
* Collaborate with the brand and design team to develop video style guides, ensure that content that is on brand and reflects ASX’s tone of voice.
* Monitor content performance metrics and optimise based on engagements and insights.
* Support Digital Marketing projects to deliver continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack and content tools.
* Support Marketing to document core processes on Confluence and SharePoint for stakeholder governance, information sharing, audits, briefing and training.
What You'll Bring
* Hands-on experience producing and developing multi-media content – including video, podcasts and interactive content.
* Experience with content management tools, CMS and editing packages (Such as AEM, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Media Encoder).
* Excellent project and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage production schedules and timings within set timeframes.
* Proven stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills at all levels.
* Good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content delivery.
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
* Experience in content concept development and working with agency partners, freelance content producers and editors.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight and evolving timeframes.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements in content quality and processes.
