Culinary Team Leader
As a Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Your duties will include ensuring food quality standards are maintained, training kitchen staff to maintain high standards, and managing inventory and controlling kitchen costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and oversee the preparation of a wide range of dishes
* Train kitchen staff to maintain high standards
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Manage inventory, order supplies and control kitchen costs
Our ideal candidate will have a trade qualification AQF Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, as well as 2 years of work experience in a related field.

* Expertise in various cooking techniques and a solid understanding of kitchen operations
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours
