Internal Communications Specialist

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-impact LNG infrastructure project in Western Australia. Your expertise will be essential in shaping communication strategies and content that drive engagement and support change management initiatives.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, write, edit, and publish internal communications across multiple channels (newsletters, intranet, events, etc.)
* Support change management initiatives through clear, strategic messaging
* Coordinate team meetings and engagement events, including logistics and presentation content
* Ensure alignment of communication efforts with broader project goals
* Collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholder inputs

Requirements:
* 5–8 years in internal communications, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

* Experience with photo/video editing and content management tools
