Job Overview
This is a 12-month parental leave contract role in the Merchandise Operations team.
You will report to the Merchandise Operations Manager and be responsible for managing pricing in relevant systems to ensure timely and accurate ticket pricing across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and follow through customer and store orders to ensure efficient delivery.
* Update, load, and configure pricing in time for all channels to meet business and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure the accuracy of pricing by undertaking routine checks.
* Review market advertising print media and recommend price changes where competitor pricing beats current in-store or online ticket prices.
* Provide administration and coordination support and act as a key point of contact for category teams/marketing/merchandise operation/store operation and stores regarding competition pricing and product changes.
* Perform ad hoc reporting to support Merchandise Operation Manager on project requirements.
Requirements
* Proficient experience across Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* A high level of organisation and action orientation.
* The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/stakeholders at once.
* An attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
* Understanding of visual merchandising and category development.
* Adaptability to changing circumstances.
