The Silver Collective is searching for a Senior Creative & Graphic Designer to lead our creative direction and bring our brand vision to life.
This isn't just a design role. You'll be the creative mind behind everything visual, from campaign shoots to digital design. You'll work independently, introducing fresh ideas, experimenting with AI, and shaping how our brand is seen across every channel.

An overview of the role:
* Graphic Design & Branding: Oversee and produce on-brand visual assets, marketing materials, and campaign designs. Ensure consistency across digital, print, and in-store channels.
* Brand Development: Propose new creative concepts, visual strategies, and innovations—including the integration of AI tools—to support brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement.
* Creative Direction & Photoshoots: Lead photoshoots and videography for ecommerce and campaigns, providing creative direction from concept development through to execution. Deliver high-quality assets for marketing and eCommerce.
* Digital Marketing Assets:
* Design and develop weekly email campaigns.
* Create social media assets including flatlays, posts, and content to drive buzz and engagement.
* Develop creative content for ads across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
* Edit and prepare video content for Ads, Instagram, and Tiktok as required.
* Print Design: Deliver creative for catalogues, in-store VM signage, packaging, and marketing collateral.
* eCommerce: Assist in shooting and image retouching to maintain high visual standards for product photography.
Requirements:
* A highly experienced Graphic Designer (senior level) with a strong portfolio in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong understanding of fashion trends, minimalistic aesthetics, and luxury brand positioning.
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of video editing and digital design best practices.
* Comfortable exploring and implementing AI tools into design workflows.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and consistency across brand touchpoints.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently and can also work with a creative team.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The Silver Collective is an Australian jewellery brand that began as an online brand in 2015 and has since experienced tremendous growth, opening our Westfield Miranda boutique in 2020 and our Westfield Parramatta location in 2022.
The brand is a creative collaboration of mother and daughter duo, Maria and Anastasia in their pursuit to create affordable finer sterling silver jewellery.
