About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily operational support, managing employee life cycles, and ensuring compliance with associated systems and processes.

They will also be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, assisting with employment relation cases, and supporting with disciplinary investigations and unsatisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing daily operational support to the catering centres on various HR related areas.
">
2. Manage and ensure compliance of the employee life cycle, and associated systems and processes.
">
3. Responsible for end to end recruitment for blue collar frontline through to senior admin and support roles.
">
4. Assist and support with employment relation cases, including disciplinary investigations and unsatisfactory performance.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a similar role, tertiary qualifications in HR, and a combination of relevant industry experience and knowledge.
">
They will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage conflicting priorities. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.
