Seeking an experienced FIFO Senior HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team on site, supporting a large workforce in the mining industry. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on industrial relations matters, including EA interpretation and issue resolution Manage complex employee relations cases and conduct workplace investigations Coach and mentor junior HR Advisors, supporting their development Deliver consistent HR support and advice to site-based leaders and employees Contribute to a proactive and solutions-focused HR service on site About You: Proven site-based HR experience in the mining industry Strong background in industrial relations and case management Confident in coaching and developing less experienced HR professionals Able to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels This is a FIFO opportunity on a 8/6 or 4/3 roster, working as part of a collaborative HR team, providing hands-on support to a dynamic site operation.
