Role Description This is a contract role for a Chief Executive Officer located in office in Tennant Creek, NT. The CEO will be responsible for leading and managing operations, overseeing financial and business planning activities, and driving strategic planning initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing organizational growth, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for economic development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements. Qualifications Experience in Finance and Operations Management, including budget management and financial planning Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive organizational growth and development Skills in Sales and stakeholder engagement to promote and expand organizational initiatives Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations is highly regarded An understanding of new media and multimedia technologies is advantageous A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Seniority level
