We are seeking a commercially minded
Financial Analyst
to play a key role in strengthening our financial insight, decision-making and long-term sustainability.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Finance Reporting Manager and working closely with the Group Financial Controller and Finance Business Partners, you will provide financial analysis, forecasting and modelling to support strategic and operational decisions across the Group.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making across clinics and corporate teams
* Build and maintain robust valuation models, forecasts, dashboards and valuation tools
* Support budgeting, reforecasting, end-of-month reporting, management accounts and statutory reporting
* Perform scenario modelling and feasibility analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
* Analyse large financial and operational datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights for non-financial stakeholders
* Partner with leaders to support financially sustainable models of care that meet patient demand
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation and data quality
* Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems, processes and reporting capability
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a curious and analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for using data to drive meaningful business outcomes. You thrive in complex environments, can manage competing priorities, and confidently engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
You will bring:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
* Advanced Excel and Power Query capability (essential), with intermediate to advanced Power BI skills.
* Proven experience managing and analysing large, multi-source datasets, with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving reporting issues.
* Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining valuation models.
* Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
* Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
* Solid understanding of statutory and management reporting, including tax considerations.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and stakeholder-focused working style.
* Experience within a Big 4 environment with at least two years' corporate finance exposure, or proven experience in large M&A environments.
* CPA or CA qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
