About The Role
This casual position involves working as a sales support representative in Darwin and surrounding areas.
As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock cover and performing merchandising duties at store level.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer relationships skills and have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, creativity, problem-solving skills and basic selling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish a visual presence at store level through the building and maintenance of displays in line with trade standards.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
* Maximise sales by identifying opportunities to increase product visibility and promotional activity.
* Manage customer relationships effectively and adhere to scheduled call plans.
Requirements:
* Preferably higher school certificate or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
