About the Role
As a Support Worker at Illuminate Supports, you will provide individualised support to participants, helping them achieve their goals and fostering their independence. You will work closely with people of diverse backgrounds, focusing on building trust, understanding their needs, and delivering person-centred care.
Key Requirements
• A genuine passion for the disability and mental health sector.
• Experience or a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Current Police Clearance.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and fully comprehensive car insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
