The Quality and Risk Manager will provide specialised support to the ISLHD Division Kids and Families(K&F), with the primary focus being the support of the district wide Child and Family (C&F) and PARVAN services.

This will require developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders such as K&F Executive, C&F Service Managers and staff to ensure that a consistent and integrated framework of staff and client safety, quality improvement and risk management is fully established and operating across all aspects of the Service's activities.

The position will also have a key role in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders involved in the support, management and care of clients accessing Child and Family services. The position will play a lead role and be a key resource in ensuring C&F meet the required National Standards for Accreditation.
