Chief Financial Officer | Darwin | Full time
The BelRose Group has been engaged by Larrakia Development Corporation to appoint a Chief Financial Officer based in Darwin. This executive leadership role will work closely with the CEO and Board to strengthen financial performance, governance and long-term commercial sustainability across a diverse and growing organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic leadership across finance, commercial operations, governance and risk. The role will influence major investment decisions, support large scale projects and strengthen systems and reporting frameworks that support future growth.
Key responsibilities
• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting across the organisation
• Provide commercial and financial advice to the CEO, Board and executive leadership team
• Oversee financial governance, compliance, audit and risk management frameworks
• Support investment analysis, business cases, commercial partnerships and major projects
• Lead finance operations including reporting, cash flow, controls and financial systems
• Drive financial modelling, scenario analysis and performance reporting
• Develop and lead a capable and culturally respectful finance and commercial team
Ideal candidate profile
• Significant senior finance leadership experience within complex commercial environments
• CA or CPA qualified with strong technical finance and governance capability
• Demonstrated experience advising Boards and executive teams on financial and commercial matters
• Strong commercial acumen with experience across projects, contracts and investment analysis
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and business performance initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal people and communities
