PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER | Paid Search, Paid Social, Media Buying & Implementing
Are you a hands-on digital specialist with a passion for performance marketing? We are on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, buying, and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns. If you have experience building end-to-end campaigns, working directly with clients, and delivering strong results across channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, this could be the role for you!
- Remote role - must be based in Sydney or Canberra
- Client-facing role with responsibility for strategy, implementation, and reporting
- Salary up to $95K + super (dependant on experience)
- Opportunity to work across a variety of tier 2 and 3 clients

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of paid search and paid social campaigns. From briefing and media buying through to implementation and optimisation, you’ll take ownership of campaign performance and ensure results are consistently met. You’ll liaise closely with clients, building long-term strategies and providing regular reporting and insights. You’ll also collaborate with offshore teams for campaign implementation when needed, while still being confident managing the work yourself.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- 2+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally in an agency environment
- Hands-on expertise with paid search and paid social (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Proven experience in media buying, implementation, and optimisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for results-driven marketing
