Personal Care Assistant
The role of a Personal Care Assistant involves providing individualised support and care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social interaction.

* The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
* Effective communication is essential in this role, enabling the provision of compassionate and person-centred care to our residents.
* Accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided are paramount to ensuring continuity of care.
Key Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications are essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have 6 months+ experience in a similar role, with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
* Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) and the ability to maintain accurate records are also essential.
* A nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required for this role.
